Melanie was born and raised in Brewster. She is a UMASS grad with a master's degree in Biomechanics. After working in that field for several years, she decided to return home to run her mother's business and start a family. 14 years later, she has added another career to the list, Realtor. "Fostering relationships, whether it's helping people find a home or helping them feel beautiful, is something that I enjoy". Balancing 2 careers with her husband Brian and their 3 boys, life is full. "When I'm not working or cheering on my children, I enjoy being outside running, biking or just relaxing on the beach."

I am a lover of animals, art, family and all things outdoors. Hair has become a path of expression and connection through helping people. I began my work experience as a nail tech, traveling and working in beautiful spas, ranging from Tucson Arizona to Cape Cod. I believe this has allowed me to learn and gain experience from diverse genres of beauty, places, styles and people, which I now bring to my work with hair. I do all hair types, for men and women, although I love doing bridal hair, lightening and balayage services. I am currently taking new clients and look forward to meeting you.
